Do you have a problem with your Sunways Solar-Inverter? We have the solution!
On-site repair service, exchange/replacement device, service contract or spare parts – we offer the service you need for your Sunways devices as well as Würth and Schüco inverters.
On-Site Repair
Our certified service technicians will visit your PV plant and repair broken inverters. On-site service makes sense if there are communication problems in the PV-plant, in case of large PV systems or any other random issues.
Repair or Replacement?
We also offer repair and replacement for all types of Sunways inverters. The main inverter types can be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours upon your order.
Remote Service
Different issues can be solved remotely. We offer our remote service via TeamViewer. Software updates and communication setup are possible, and the root cause can also be analyzed.
